Recent Ritz Carlton Osaka Review: "We had an amazing stay in Osaka at the Ritz! My sister and I were celebrating our birthdays, and the staff was tremendous! We were treated like family and all of our needs and requests were met with exceedingly wonderful attention. We spent four days, and could not have asked for better service. Currency exchange, help with directions and plans, train schedules, and personal service was all top grade! Momo in the fitness center and Moe at the front upon arrival were two extraordinary employees. And everyone spoke very clear English. That is top in hospitality for guests--excellent hotel!"
