| Maybe due to universal studio is nearby, there are too many family here so that the quality becomes worse than expectation. |

| The service being a Hyatt and considering the price has to be, in my opinion, perfect. That was the case, except the difficult arrival as, from the subway station, I didn't find the front entrance of the hotel right away and it was quite something to get to the check-in area with the staff somehow more interested with the wedding people... as indeed this is probably mainly a wedding location, which are not my favourite) It is very far from everything and does not even have an interesting view to compensate so all in all I really didn't enjoy my stay there (which was just because my favourite Osaka hotel Swisotel Nankai wasn't available just that night) The typically overnice japanese service was also a bit annoying this time as I after looking for the lobby for quite some time burdenned with my luggage, I was asked to wait so that my room could be checked (it was 4pm!!), was called eventually... but that was a mistake and was asked to wait again!.... so all in all, I was not in a wonderful mood to start the experience.... and won't do it again for sure |

| ホテルの共用部分のバリヤフリーに難がありますが（共用部分を車椅子で移動しにくい部分が多いです。）、インデックス大阪に用事がある健常者には良いと思います。 |

| The Hyatt Regency Osaka is a very nice hotel. That said, it's location is not very convenient to the things I want to do when I spend an off day somewhere in a city. Perhaps if I had some time to explore the area I might find some redeeming qualities to the area. Not knowing the area I found myself eating at the very high priced in hotel restaurants. Good food, nice places, but terribly expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Like I said, a very nice hotel, but there are a number of nice properties in them heart of the city that I would recommend before I would steer friends to the Hyatt Regency. |

| Excellent service, nice big well equipped gym. It's quite far from the shopping district, but the hotel provides a regular free shuttle service there at least. |

| 先日、ハイアットリージェンシー大阪に宿泊しました。
写真通り、というより写真以上に部屋やホテルのエントランスがキレイでした。
クリスマスツリーやイルミネーションもあり、とても満足でした。 |

| 月一回は大阪に行きますが、今回は久しぶりにこちらに泊まりました。立地は不便なものの大阪駅からシャトルバスが30分おきに出ているので、ホテル到着にかかる時間は他のホテルとそれ程違いません。
同じランクの他のホテルよりも室内も綺麗で居心地が良いので、時間があるときにはまた泊まりたいです |

| インテックス大阪に用事がある場合は、目の前なので非常に便利です。加えて、ホテルのサービス・設備は大変充実しており、スタッフもとても親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。
特に、ベッドの寝心地が良くぐっすり休めて翌日は元気に仕事に出られたのがありがたかったです。
ホテル利用者が利用出来るシャトルバスも大阪駅から出ており、コレを使えば立地の悪さも特に感じません。今度は時間に余裕を持って、レストランも利用してみたいところです。 |

| The hotel is beautiful, with a grand lobby and a beautiful selection of restaurants littered throughout the building. Our room was tasteful and well equipped. The service was personal yet impeccable. The staff are incredibly good at what they do.
My only gripe is that it is not quite in the 'heart of Osaka', as mentioned in their listing. It is relatively industrial and I would have preferred to stay around the Osaka Station. Overall however, the hotel is fantastic. |
