| This was a beautiful hotel and we stayed in a beautiful room. We got lucky and had a room with a massage chair! Awesome! |

| Attention car en arrivant dans le building de l'hotel, vous ne trouverez rien ! Il faut aller au second étage pour la réception d'un hotel se situant ...entre le 25 et le 35 ème étage !!! a savoir donc. Pour nous, un bagage a disparu durant ce séjour ...???!!! mais bon aucune nouvelle donc ... |

| The staff was great, but for a casual (jeans and t-shirt) American, the hotel was a bit to formal for me. I would also recommend staying near the Dotonbori area. |

| This hotel was excellent! The room was very large with a large bathroom. The king size bed was comfortable. Most of the staff spoke very good English. Excellent view as well. The restaurant offered an American breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast). The French Toast was excellent. Only a short walk to the train station so it was easy to get around. |
